Golden Ages Senior Fitness Programs

Mobile Fitness Solutions offers a program just for our senior citizens called the "Golden Ages" program. This program is specially designed with the over 60 man or woman in mind. We focus on key areas to support the body at this special time. Within this program we focus on balance, flexibility, core and some light weight training and stamina. Clients can expect to feel more confident in daily functioning with this program. We recommend at least a 2–day program, however the 3–day program is available.

Cayman Senior Citizens have special areas of concern and this specializedprogram delivers the results needed in those areas. Clients will benefit from this program even if there is no prior fitness history.
